Shipping

Flat rate shipping is $5.95. Local Delivery within 5 miles of our location is Free!* Within 10 miles delivery is $10 (both local deliveries exclude weekends)*. In Store Pickup is Free! (please do not arrive at the store until you receive an email or phone call that your order is ready.)

Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours if placed Monday-Friday and within 72 hours if placed on Saturday or Sunday!

Shipping via: USPS, Fedex & UPS

*Does not necessarily mean same day but we will drop it off to you as soon as we can!

Returns for Store Credit

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emailed to [email protected]

You are responsible for the cost of a return label! This will be deducted from the final amount of your credit. Please print out your return label in a timely manner (They expire after 24 hours and you will be charged for a second label if needed. Taken out of your return credit.)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your credit will be issued within a certain amount of days. 



Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, final sale/ LC items cannot be returned.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged good and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
